your last claim ended up being an actual reduction in weight when you claimed you jumped from from DB to Barbells...

is the maths sound on this ?

why not kick off with a set of your current heaviest weight, just so we can check form and assist..

lets say best weight you can get 8 to 10 reps on, be it DB or Barbell

    just for starters

50kg....you do realize that's a bar plus 15kg each side

my wife is 5ft 2 , 57kg and can bench more than that , and she doesn't bench per sey....

so its hardly a boast mate is it..

you should as a man who trains be easily into the 80-100kg bench area mate
now I don't suggest this straight away but actually build up slowly.... your only competing against yourself

still be it 40 or 50kg or whatever I would like to see an actual video to see the reps

I told him to do 50 for reps and film it. I didn't want to see him crushed under a heavier weight and knew it'd be easy to work out a real 1 rep max from. I still remember that fella off of MT years ago who died doing skulls and LDL is a little bit optimistic but I don't want to see him get hurt like.

Someone on MT died doing skullcrushers?

To prove a point or did he know what was doing and just fucked up?

Just normal training and lost his grip. I'm sure if I remember right he was a competitive bodybuilder and had a fair amount on the bar. Lost his grip and the bar came down on his head. I know I've always done French press instead from that day and will bench in a cage with catchers set in the main. Guessing it must have been at least 12 years ago.

I'll make you an offer lee.
If you bench 50kg X 15+ with each rep touching your chest and locked out, by end of June and post a video. I'll pay for 3 months gym membership for you. If you fail to post a video of such accomplishment by end of June you agree to never post on tmuscle again?

I did sound crazy yesterday sayin I'll gan bench 200kg for warm up.... Reality is tho bro, by laws of biology I will be weaker than the last time I benched.... Although 50/60kg was light back then it maybe a bit heavier nowadays.......

I am optimistic that I'll be able to bench upto 60kg n may take a week or something to get up to 100kg
