    Then don't take it mate. You don't need a pre workout to do a few bits with dumbbells. It doesn't add anything to your development. Bearing in mind your lifestyle then you should be up for your workout as you don't do anything else. It's just adding shit to your body that serves no purpose all while you are building up a tolerance to it so if you ever do really need to use it it'll do nothing for you.

    Yer bro. I'm still due gym tomz n I'll prob need it then.

    I wnt pop it today, iv done it straight for like a month n my tolerance has gone up..... It almost doesn't affect me the same anymore, just feel the beta alanine tingles n thats it. I'll let my body rest.... 100% Cnt be good for u popping everyday especially for a 'light' workout with DBs.

    Before pree tho I just CBA to hit weights everyday

    You CBA to train, or do anything else for that matter, because you smoke weed every day get to bed about 4am and get up at 1pm
    Also, your shitty processed food diet will be making you feel sluggish and lazy
    Ditch the herb, eat and sleep well
    Guarantee you'll feel better mentally and physically and actually have some motivation to do something productive
    But you've heard all this before course

    I get what ur sayin tho, my body is running shit coz I'm giving it shit to run on.... I had a much healthier diet the other year.. I just ate tuna pasta haha 24/7, got sick of of after a 12 month hahaha.

    I'll go gym, eat better (look on here for some recipes) n sleep better (gym will tire me out) ..... Then I MIGHT drop the herb if its actually affecting my gainz, what if they find out its got magic anabolic properties?
    It COULD speed up ma metabolism??
