    Lowerbody today.

    Travelled to Brighton yesterday, enjoyed the weather but Mrs struggled as the new born has decided to pop out overnight lol

    Literally a day after she said "I'm not really showing" and out it came in full glory lol

    Anyways this ain't mums.net

    Squats

    60kg x5
    100kg x5
    130kg x3
    150kg x2
    172.5kg x3

    Deadlifts

    100kg x5
    140kg x3
    180kg x3
    200kg x2
    212.5kg x5

    Done!

    Squat form was ok, not at its best, felt a bit tired distracted, but still a comfortable triple and actually my heaviest beltless triple.

    Deadlifts were easy, jumped in with a couple fellas on the deadlift bar, so made it feel even easier.

    Training upperbody on Tuesday.

    Good work all round, bench work sets were quick and smooth.

    Fastest I've moved 3 plates in a while.

    Press is feeling really strong since moving to a wider foot stance.

    Squats and Deads tomorrow.

    Started a deload week for lower body today.

    Legs felt achy and tired and new during the warm up it's to chill a little for the next week.

    Didn't really decide on it until the set at 150kg

    Squats

    60kg x5

    130kg x3
    150kg x2

    Deadlifts

    100kg x5
    140kg x5
    180kg x5

    Short and snappy, will do this for the next few sessions before I go away next week.

    Upperbody will remain heavy.

    Haven't filled this in for the longest while.

    Mostly boxing these days but still lifting twice a week, still with the basic 4.

    No fucks given as far as diet, I'm 20st 5lb at the moment.

    My boxing are gone mate, too old for ABA's as the cut off is 33 or 35 and I'm not a fan of white collar stuff.

    So it's all just for general fitness.

    Might spar here and there or meet up with my old coach for some pad work.
