    So glad I didn't need the operation, that was greatest fear, I remember sitting in a&e diagnosing myself, couldn't feel a gap in the tendon and the tenderness was higher up, so I kind of knew at that point it wasn't a worse case scenario.

    From what I've read the worst is a full tear, with a big gap close to the heel.

    Usual quick fire session, 45 mins

    Bench
    Close Grip bench
    Rack pulls
    Leg extensions
    Seated shoulder press (hammer strength)
    Hammer strength row (plate loaded)
    Hammer strength curls
    Tricep pull downs (rope attachment)

    3/4 sets of 10 to 15 reps on each, 60 secs rest.

    Nothing heavy, 105kg bench, 145kg rack pull, 40kg per side seated press, 50kg per side rows.

    Enjoying the variety more than I thought I would, maybe it's because I know I have no choice but to train like this and unable to push for strength.

    Looks like dat aesthetic life for me for a while lol

    Only 1lb loss this week but half an inch off my waist.

    Gym this morning

    Bench
    Incline bench
    Seated hammer strength shoulder press
    Single leg extensions
    Leg curls
    Tricep extensions
    Lat pulldowns
    Curls

    3/4 sets of 8 to 12 reps, 60 seconds between sets


    Still sticking with twice a week for now, that's about all my leg can take from the travelling.

    It's funny, being indoors gives you a false sense of security as I can get around just fine.

    It's when I have to go out, the leg swells and the achilles tightens up the day after. Back aches and my right hip feels all messed up.

    People tell it's going to be a long haul, first you accept it, then you think "oh maybe I'm a special case, seems to healing just fine", then you realise no actually this will take the best part of 6 months before the leg feels "normal" much less having the ability to actually accelerate or push off with it.

    so nice you said it twice :D

    its even worse on peds mate... you really do think youre super man then and the danger is that you push it really hard too soon and bam fvck it up again... youre doing well and as it goes along the progress will be faster or at least seem faster...

    I came close to getting GH to speed things up, changed my mind at the last minute


    Oh and almost threw up this morning staring at this mug on our holy gym wall...

    imho I would re the gh, or even peptides... but thats cos I am impatient and a cheater :D

    Bench
    Incline bench rack pulls
    Leg extensions
    Hammer strength shoulder press
    Cable tricep extension
    Hammer strength row
    Lat pulldowns

    Done.

    14lb off in total now

    I've tweaked mine - it ain't ruptured (yet, anyway) but it fucking hurts. A lot.

    Not too bad buddy, flexibility is improving, still a solid limo though.

    Deadlifts ( first time off the floor in 4 months)
    Incline bench
    Viking press - superset normal and reverse grip
    Leg extensions
    Tri extensions
    Lat pulldowns
    Curls

    Deadlifts were all back, not really pushing through legs yet.
