    Wassup my iron brethren.

    Now switched gyms to Fitness First, training during lunch.

    New job is super busy, so training hasn't been ideal.

    Strength is alright though, benching 140 for sets close grip, weighted dips with 30kg at circa 130kg bodyweight.

    Taken a slight delay for deadlines, last session was 200kg x7 with more in the tank.

    Strict overhead press is at 90kg for a triple.

    Squats are shite, I'm lazy with them to be honest.

    Little man is growing like a weed, 1 year old in 3 year old clothing, little monster

    Nah, just a smell free container with Daddy's Amnesia haze in it...

    Yeah you hear it all the like a broken record but christ it's true, the growth in the last 3 months has been rediculous.

    Hope you're good man. I still lurk occasionally, good to see the banter is still flowing.

    So I'm seriously thinking about doing some actual powerlifting, I kind of miss being involved any sports, with this gamma achilles waddling up to a platform is about all I can do :lol:

    I'm a few pounds down now from 20st 5lb to 19st 11lb. This time last year I was over 21st post achilles recovery.

    Bench is in a good place, hit a 140kg x8 close grip PB without a spotter, followed it up with another couple of sets of 4.

    Deadlifts are feeling good although nothing astronomical at 212kg x5 this week.

    Squats are just being rebuilt, nothing much to write home about.

    Overhead pressing is for pure assistance at the moment so just still working with 80kg for reps followed by some plate machine pressing which is up to 4 plates per side now.

    Alrite chaps, still grinding and training hard.

    Works's been super busy due to the whole channel 4, Stand up to Cancer takeover.

    Son is growing like a weed, size of a 3 year old at 15 months, 99th percentile like a boss :lol:

    Slowly losing the chub, I'm down to 19st 4lb from 20st 5lb, feel better for it and achilles doesn't feel so weak.

    Training's going alright, squat rebuild is up to 140kg for sers of 5, did a comfortable beltless 180kg a couple weeks back

    Deadlifts up to 227.5kg x5 beltless and feeling good



    Bench yesterday was 152.5kg x3, 142.5kg x5, 132.5kg x5

    Recently started trying clean and press and got 100kg the other week



    Still waiting to here on the comp announcement, in the meantime I'm just training to peak around mid December.

    Training update, weight is down to 19st 3lb, 16lb off in total

    Deadlifts worked up to 230kg x5



    Bench up to 155kg 2x2



    Squat singles at 180kg

    Presses at 80kg

    Floor Press at 140kg for doubles

    Well it's been a minute...

    I'm still training but life is mad busy with parenting and job changes.

    Moved up the career ladder a bit and now based at John Lewis HQ. That's going well and the extra dough is more than welcomed with having the offspring.

    I'm not programming lifts at all, having to use a damn Pure Gym at lunchtimes in Central London isn't really the place for it, seriously packed, no biscuits for small weight increases and generally just a dire atmosphere. Fml

    Currently do push, pull legs and in the gym 5 days a week.

    Strength is maintaining, squatting 180kg, benching 140kg and pulling 220kg for sets of doubles, which makes me Lord of Lords in this gym.

    No idea where maxes are.

    Diet is completely fucked sitting at 20 st on the button, just too tired to bother trying to clean shit up recently.

    Growing like a weed man, 100 percentile ass cretin!

    3'2 st 2 years old, he's gonna be tall boy.

    He's not sleeping at the moment so been operating on 4 / 5 hours sleep, up at 5am to get to work for 8:30, back home for after 7pm everyday.
