Went to pub with friend really not the same fun places they used to be.
Few pints and a Domino's walked home now a quick wash and walk to get car. Might be a quick blast in here
 
Training up in Fleetwood for next few days found a decent BBing gym so will be good change of scenery.
Strength is coming along sitting around 209lbs have had a few more biscuits than I should have mind you tren ramping the appetite up!
 
Decent gym and a solid pull session. 145 on barbell rows and got the 70s out for some DB rows.

It's an interesting place have some beautiful villages and countryside around but it seems to lack capital investment overall.
Worst part is the seagulls shitting all over the M2 and the speed cameras everywhere

Tried another gym out today good range of equipment and strength up again.
60kg DBs tried for 3 on low incline then 55s for 9, machine press and flies and finished with 6working sets on Biceps and 3 sets of 15 for hanging leg raises.
 
Diet at moment coming out around 300g Protein 400g carbs and 90g fats on a training day. Carbs typically lower on a non training day. Leg session on the cards for later.
Since the quad tear last summer leg training is different to the days of 5/6plate squats for obvious reasons, self preservation being the main one, but intend to get some extra size on them again.
 
Had a good week of training overall last week took the weekend off. Deads this morning 230kg x 6 and some rows and pull downs. Spot of golf this evening to enjoy this glorious weather.
Weight holding around 94kg will have a consistent week of eating and then if required up the carbs across each meal a little.
At 400g carbs today and final 2 meals likely to be protein and fats.
 
Shoulders and triceps earlier 110 x 10 on smith shoulder press which is strong for me so things moving nicely. Had some snails from Lidl last night alongside my steak and Parma ham as a treat which was nice. Went without my usual packet of biscuits and the other junk!
 
Training hard and going up strength wise and weight. 212.2lbs now pleased with condition. Keep on plugging away!
 
Felt a bit shit last 2 days mentally and appetite so thinking dropping the TTM and running Test for a period. Anybody else get this? Was .5ml ED taperee up fron .25 daily at start.
