    Not something i could read myself, however 'The Long Walk' is one i would enjoy i think (the film 'The Way Back' is ok but much prefer a good book to a good film). Surviving against the odds and overcoming massive struggles does interest me though, have quite a few written by Auschwitz survivors which tends to put a lot in perspective.

    Big fan of David Baldacci, used to enjoy Jeffery Deaver but not doing it for me these days. Just read one by Lindon Barclay (Promise Falls) which was v good, and also a big fan of Lee Child- have all of his books except his latest. Full collection of Chris Ryan's books plus a healthy smattering of other similar type books, predominantly thrillers.

    Day off tonight and fancying a prawn and veg stir fry. Not much else to report slow and steady and the moment see where I am in a week or two. Feel I am losing it around the hips but may well be mind games.

    It's a good wake up call if only for yourself though. Can't ignore the pictures can you and if anything will keep you focussed!

    Have some old Prochem here. Supposedly expired 2013 but can't imagine anything wrong with it. Anybody use it pre-WO?

    Push done strength improved nicely today so pleasing.

    At the moment doing 2 working sets for 4 to 5 exercises on a large body part and less on smaller.
    BB rows at 160 for 2 sets
    Chest supported plate rows 60kg each side which wasn't fluid and then 50kg.
    Seated front hammer pull down and cable pull downs then preacher curls and machine preacher to finish.

    Worked to 520 for 8 on press then 400 for 12. Some DB sissy squats with 20kg DBs for 3 sets. Glute ham raises with 25kg. Standing ham curls 2 work sets and then leg extensions and ham curls lying supersetted. Think unless this knee heals itself my days of heavy squatting are seemingly over.

    Also didn't do cardio so will be 50g less of coco pops PWO
