Just doing a cut. Been losing 2-3lbs a week for a few weeks but now losing about a 1lb. Plans to get as lean as possible, strengthening my shoulders/RC, and then when I go back to a surplus push things strength wise again. I'm 3 weeks no shoulder issues at the moment, but I'm not flat benching - pushing the incline bench instead and using machines.
Nailed a 150kg X 5 wide grip TNG incline bench recently so I wouldn't say I'm getting weaker at the moment.

I did some self graston (iastm) on my bicep and pec insertion - relieved 99% of my rc “pain”
Yeah water/fat is coming off.
I've moved gyms now as well to one that's very small in comparison but rammed with kit (old school nautilus,cybex and HS). Really enjoying my training again with being able to work around my RC easier.

Gym joint was a bit barren kit and personality
I just don't think it attracted numbers to allow the guy to invest more. It was great for legs but poor for upper body.

Dean (BPU Classic Raw) 90 open class went 300/157.5/270 for 2nd
Rob (ABPU Classic raw) 110 open class
Went 260/152.5/292.5 for 3rd.
Great comp - was 3 platforms for 3 days, 450 lifters
Travelled up on Thursday so meant no deadlifts done
