SQUATS - flat shoes - focussing on not hammering depth. Naked knees
warmup x some
Focussed on keeping torso upright, breaking parallel only.
LEG PRESS - close stance, raises toes off sled to push through heels,
I’m shit at leg press - so building it up slowly
BACK RAISES - paused
Glute focus - initiating the movement
Will do rounded back, back raises on deadlift day.

Plate Curls - biscuits
Alternating crossbody db hammer curls
