    Are you going to be logging ever session of smolov Jr?

    I would like to see how you get on with it and how you work it around squats and deads.

    What's the 1rpm you used to calculate target weights and what you hoping to hit afterwards?

    PB SESSION!

    Trained last night and PB’d my deadlift. Has taken 2 years to beat my old pull.

    Was a lot more comfortable too.
