Today mountain bike ride home 90% trials
One day I'm going to do a 100 mile ride and try and spell out the word cunt on the map.
Take some planning, but you gave to have a goal right. Lol
I ordered new trainers to start this running malarkey. Too big so need to go back. That’s my excuse and I’m sticking to it
I was planning on doing a 50 miler on Saturday then do a 100km in a few weeks but at the moment with the way work is I have plenty of time on my side so will gradually do them over the next few months.

When lockdown is over, I'm going to go up to Oxford Street and back 25 miles each way.
Don't know why? Never rode a bike up town and fancy doing it for some reason.
Ill have a break when I get there.
Inspired by this to ease into doing stuff again.
Incline bench - 60/80/100/80/60kg, db rows in between sets to balance things out. Did some curls and called it a day. Ran to end of driveway (about 1/4 mile) to fetch wheelie bin.
Had oats for breakfast, pasta and meatballs for lunch, cheeseburger for dinner.
This mornings run 5k

Not bad going for a fat lad.
Just pulled my finger out and decided to start that couch to 5k and stop making excuses. Can confirm after run 1 I just wanna be fat and unfit going forward. Thanks for reading

All about that easy life at the minute ain’t it. I think I need to sort out a decent stretch routine too cuz this is gonna ruin me otherwise
