    Think my hip flexors are what will fuck me the most. They’ve always been solid as it is so can’t imagine this will help as I could feel it there when running

    I noticed that actually when getting towards the end of it. The difference between slouching and running more upright made a big difference.

    glutes have always been really underdeveloped and struggle with activating them for some reason so will see how they go

    If your glutes are week then other muscles will overwork to compensate
    When running that will likely be your hams so make sure you give them the extra attention
    Glute bridges and Bulgarian split squats with your torso leaning forward are great exercises to strengthen the glutes that can easily be done at home
    Will help your recovery too

    Good, thanks for asking.

    Start fasting this month. 1 week in.

    Obviously losing weight already lol.

    Hopefully give it another few days then will start skipping in the evenings before I eat.

    After the next three weeks are done can work on the jogging more and more.

    Cheers mate. Hams and glutes been shit since forever. Very quad dominant just always been too lazy to do anything about it really. Need to sort it out.

    Cool, that’s good to hear. I’ve got a dip/pull up station that I’ve been using and a cobbled together barbell of around 25kg approx for curls etc and a 9kg kettle bell. Mixing that with walking and going out on pedla to try and keep rot at bay. Just about managing

    He’s supposedly made a makeshift reverse hyper but basically gone on to do a full hyper extension? He’s fully compressing his discs in his lower back at the top

    He could just do that on a 45 degree back raise

    He’s getting no stretch or decompression at all

    Went for a run this morning and I was planning to be good today with my diet but then I made a cheesecake and this just arrived from my sister, so it hasn't gone quite to plan.

    Only had two big glasses of leffe blonde last night and today I feel robbed that I haven’t had a drink

    It's terrible isn't it? I usually only drink at weekends but lockdown is like one big weekend at the moment!

    This weeks stats don’t felt like I’ve done a lot this week maybe it’s because I’m recovering lots quicker and obvs getting fitter.

    This was my couch to 5k run / walk this morning. It includes a 5 min warm up walk and 5 min cool down walk. I ran for 5 mins without stopping, twice. Quite proud of myself lol. People assume that because I'm slim that I'm fit but that's really not the case.
    Getting fitter though :)
