Another 5k tonight felt lots easier but starting to get a bit of niggly shin pain again will leave it now to most probs Friday then I will do some intervals instead.

Tough session tonight. Heavy prowler pushes and sled drags. Destroyed me. Followed by 4 lack lustre sets of chins and 4 sets inverted rows. Done. Fooked
High elbows and upper back and rear delts get hit hard. I think Bret Contreras did some kind of study and they have one of the highest muscle activations of back rowing movements apparently
Man, I was already on paternity when covid kicked off, haven’t trained in over 2 months. Bodyweight at 140kg + had to get hold of a 28kg kettlebell, that my only bit of training in between dealing with kids and working from home
