Losing Weight Naturally, Ideas.

    Just used to go out with dogs, got a farmer that lets me exercise my dogs on his land and i just run around them, uphill downhill flat, its all good and the dogs think its brill stopping dead in front of me and sending me flying ha

    Also lesser important stuff like, fasted cardio in the AM, slight calorie deficit, carbs only pre and post workout, caffeine taken pre cardio.

    HIIT is all good when at maintenance or bulking as you can recover effectively, but if you're in a calorie deficit already and putting that stress on your body, your joints will be knackered.

    Always favour LISS cardio when dieting, maybe limit runs/HIIT to 1-2 times a week and the rest just LISS

    Well, Diet starts today, i will decide by the end of the week whether its going to be natural or not lol. Got a wedding end of april and holiday the day after to turkey, gives me about just over 6 weeks maybe 7. 1/2 ml test prop EOD and 25mcg T3 will probably see me smash off any weight and be in decent shape. Its getting awfully tempting, just depends whether my cousin has any Test prop or T3 as i am a bit broke at the moment so i can get it off of him for free, All ive got in my old stash box is some Test e, sust and anavar

    Make sure you input all your food into MFP or similar to get an idea of total calories and total protein for the day, then monitor weight so you can make adjustments. Just eating a clean diet normally ends in spinning wheels as the total Calories is still king with regards to weight loss

    I just prefer to under eat by a decent margin and then have sum freedom at weekend.. works for me
