Lowcarb Pan Pizza

    3 whole eggs
    2 egg whites
    40g wholemeal flour (spelled or rye flour)
    10ml milk or a shot of water
    Salt, pepper, pizza seasoning

    In the pizza-topping ye are complete variable:
    Pizza sauce (tomato sauce, oregano, salt, pepper)
    e.g. Limburger cheese or low-fat cheese, grated,
    Tuna, peppers, tomatoes, pineapple, ham, corn, ....

    In addition, you need a nonstick skillet with lid!

    1. For the pizza dough eggs, wholemeal flour and milk (or water) Mix together and season well with a little salt and pizza seasoning. In a very good non-stick pan, heat a little oil over medium heat and pour in the egg mixture. Covered fry for a few minutes until the dough is half-way (golden brown on the bottom). Turn the dough before it burn;)!

    2. Place the tomato sauce, your desire lining and the grated Limburger cheese on the pizza dough, cover and pan-fry for a few more minutes until the cheese is melted.

    You may refine a pizza seasoning, salt and Peffer and enjoy without feeling guilty, of course „smile“-Emoticon
