Lowest Calories On A Cut

    Just looking to see how extreme some guys have gone during a cut.

    What's the lowest you've taken your calories to get the results you wanted and at what bodyweight were you when you at those calories....

    Depends on gear or non-gear.

    I have dieted on 4500 cals but was on lots of gear.

    I’ve got to starve myself to drop weight. 2000 Cals on Tren and dnp With daily cardio at 19/20 stone

    2000-2500 mon-fri slightly more on sat/sun

    Was about 97kg down to about 92kg

    Weights 4 days a week, fasted cardio rest days, 1 full day off irrc

    After my first show I had a huge binge as I wasnt planning on competing in the finals a few weeks later
    Changed my mind and dropped to 1500cals to drop the water I'd piled on
    6 meals of turkey breast and asparagus

    Ive done like 1500-1800 for abit n refeed on weekend.. did work like bu didnt cary on long enough to get ripped but lost a cpl stone

    2200 i think lowest for me, its all so person dependant that its irrelevant really, depends on situation , body etc.

    Only a week
    I wouldn't normally drop that low but this was simply to drop weight in a short space of time
    Those cals wouldn't be sustainable for me
    I'm also about 20kg heavier now and maintain on much more cals so would also diet on more

    the trick is to take as many caleries as you can and still lose weight ,
    things like more cardio allow this look at the amount of caleries @pooley now consumes and still stays in great shape
    you have to train your metabulism to use food ,
    going to low on caleries will stall it every time or you start to burn muscle over fat in the end
