Anyone got any nice ideas of sauce I can have with my chicken, I usually have a stock cube n water or gravy, getting a bit bored of it now :-/

I use schwartz shake on seasoning, it comes in little bottles lots of different flavours, then just make sure the chickens not nuked and bone dry and i dont need any sauce.

Garlic and herb is the main one I use, I only do 3 breasts per sachet though otherwise I don't think it's strong enough

I use a dry rub recipe I grabbed online somewhere...

    Ingredients

    4 tsp Paprika.
    tbsp Salt.
    1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder.
    1 1/2 tsp Onion Powder.
    2 1/2 tsp Black Pepper.
    1 1/4 tsp Oregano.
    1 1/4 tsp Thyme
    1 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper.

    Instructions

Mix the above in a small pot and store in a cool dry place, season chicken with 1 tsp per serving as required.

couple of my usual quick efforts...

    Jujeh Chicken
    tablespoon of yoghurt
    juice of half a lime
    Half a finley grated onion
half a thumb sized piece of ginger finely grated
    Heaped teaspoon tumeric
heaped tea spoon of cayenne chilli powder

    Chilli and Paprika Chicken
    Chill flakes
    Cayenne Chilli powder
    Loads of paprika
    Juice of half a line
    Oliver oil

    Honey and Mustard
Smear dijon mustard onto the breasts
    Small drizzle of honey over
    Couple of drops of worchestershershershersherireeee...sauce
    Salt n Pepper
    Spirnkle of smoked paprika

... for all the above just let it all sit for as long as possible and cook in a red hot full whack preheated over for about twelve minutes for a large breasts eight for small. Make sure the breast aren't packed to tightly in the tray and preheat the tray as well.

When you take them out turn them upside down on a plate and let sit for two minutes before flipping back the other way and serving.
