    Ok so I jumped on an actual cycle last week. Had a bit of time off logging as forgot my password in all honesty. Reset it and here I am bishes!

    Diet is 5/6 meals some shit don’t really care either way just get the decent food in ect.

    Sups are both the blends from savage detox and the pro.

    Gear is 1 ml of rip blend a week split 0.3 m/w/f
    1ml test e a week 220mg
    2 iu insuiin pre

    This is me a couple weeks ago about 80kg

    Mornings I usually do yin yoga which is holding poses for 3/5 min which is amazing.
    I’m also practicing capoeira at the moment which is hella fun.

    Goals are to get some muscle on, add a lot of body strength and weights again while improving flexibility.

    Fake pea meat Bolognese pre bed

    Protein shake post

    May have a second lentil meal in there if feeling it
