hard shoulder and arm session today
 
Propper hard quad session at my mates gym. Was fantastic tbh. Really felt it in the quads. He has an excellent hack squat and pendulum. Ended up doing 5 plates for 10 on the back followed by blue banded 4 plates on the pendulum. Getting some strength back which is very nice. My malaise is shortening too which I am gassed about. On the bright side now I’m 6 weeks back in the gym and feeling like in another 6 I will be looking fairly good.
 
Did me some deadlifts today.
200 for a semi easy 5 will rep out 220 next week.

because I’ve been a fat shit and ate take away every day for 6 weeks I’m thinking about sticking to my diet for a few days. This should mean I get rapidly leaner I’m at 97kg currently. I know I can handle about 400 carbs a day but it’s an absolute ball getting them in. So I’m doing three weight gainer shakes 50c each and eggs on toast for another 50.

I will probably add a tin of rice pudding to bump it up and jobs a goodun.

Bagels with some cream cheese. I can chomp 5 of them with a brew no problems. 2 or 3 pre and 2 or 3 post WO.
I think 5 is approx 200 carbs.
