1 more on the 150 was there but didn’t wanna take piss riding the strength nicely. 120 was paused on chest

That’s up 3 fr last week

bb skulls 80*8
Down two on a couple weeks ago but again didn’t wanna push on top of the pbs

fly machine - stack*13
First time doing flys in ten years lol

one arm cable laterals

Nice contraction

Great session. Added in Curcumin today. I’ve really been struggling with inflammation. Struggling to walk and waddling about. Within hours all pain and inflammation has gone. Will keep this in always now absolutely epic supplement.

I use stroms support max joint which has 1000mg of hydrocurc amongst other things and can't do without it
I had a break off it when on holiday and as soon as I was back training my tendinitis flared up badly
Within a couple of weeks back on its pretty much gone

What dose of Curcumin do you take matey?

500mg this am will have 500mg am and pm from now on.
 
Had a week off due to fatigue. Went back yest and did:

Dips 3*15
Chins 3*8
Hindu press 3*10
Close grip press ups 3*15
Horizontal pull ups 3*15

Today I did some legs:

hypers
Adductors
Single leg extensions
Squats 180*5
Sldl 110*10
Walking lunges 20*30
Calves 5 sets
 
Had a few days off the diet. Been mega depressed but I’m on the up.

Today was an upper as I haven’t been training for some pbs

Bench - 150*8 mega lol 160*2 snappy I’ll be on for 180*5 in a few weeks no jokes

Single arm pull down
45*13 pb

Db shoulder press 40*8

High rear row 3 plates *8

Dip machine 200*8 lol fun

Crgpd prioritising biceps really good movement finally learned how to do it - few sets

Oh tricep cable

Quick pick at about 100k so dropped 3 in glycogen but still getting stronger.

I think when I eat more I get so glycogen full it’s actually negative so rising about 300/400g carbs is decent for me for the time being. As long as I keep it there which is easily do able. Then when I stop pbing I’ll up it.

Cheers mate. Feeling okay. Getting a little soft but I need the food to grow. Numbers are going up so it’s all good. I’ll work the next few months on slamming the food down and really holding the size I’m gaining.
 
8 weeks diff here 12k diff. Gonna back off abit now and work on my health for a few weeks. Still gonna finish my cycle but add in some more cardio and drop food a little.

The right call i think, you can always tell when its time to pull back, pointless pushing further if your body is in an unhealthy state
The goal now is to maintain that extra tissue, I think you'll look great once that excess water drops
Realistically, I think if you can hold onto about 8 extra kg then would be a very successful rebound
