    After Berlin I lost the plot a bit. Back on it now. Quit the Colombian too. Just too expensive. Knuckling down into diet and training. This is day 2 back on it.

    I did this this morning:
    Triceps mash

    Trap mash

    Thoracic mash

    Butchers block

    ——

    A

    Static strength / stretch:

    Squat int/ex / wrists / reach over / hands behind back

    Down dog / ankles / dolphin pose

    Rev fem variants

    Pike pancake each leg

    Over head tri/lat cable

    B1 asana statics

    Swan hold

    Head support

    Camel pose

    Hands clasp straight

    Handstand hold wall

    Dolphin / scorpion / wall

    One arm hang

    Hanging bar false hang hold

    Closed one arm hold

    Upside down hang prone / supline

    Then this evening I did:

    Over head squats bar sets of 3 minimal range what I’m working on

    Front squat 80*5*3
    Back squat 80*10*3
    Lunge front kicks *15*3
    Jefferson curls 12.5*12*3

    Split routine:

    Pnf in pancake / pike / crotch

    Pnf in front split

    Pnf Frog hold

    Straight one leg glute raise

    Pnf middle split

    Rope pull split

    Diet is now:

    That’s about it tbh! Gym am and pm for April and ill be sober for the entire month to get back into it.
