I did like 50 odd pull ups and half reps day before yesterday and everything hurts lol
The really good thing about it is that I forced my training partner to stop being lazy and to do his pull ups unassisted. He can totally do them and I make him now lol.
I don't think I've done 50 pull ups in my life

You going to stay doing predominantly bodyweight stuff even if you go back assisted ? I love bodyweight stuff to be honest. Feel much better doing it

Hit and miss to b fair. When I do spells of bodyweight I do always seem leaner. Lots of chins and inverted rows etc. Thinking of re doing a 3 way split

Today I did some surya namaskar
Then I did some
kettle bell swings
Kettle bell squats
Kettle bell suitcase deadlift
Then left it. Can get semi deep into a squat hole but range is limited normal for 8 weeks post. Will increase range the more I train etc.

you have really good genetics mate and are responding really quick , I remember you from before I don't think a lot of people realise just how good you used to look
