You lot are all forgetting this is a board for almost professional bodybuilders who have no lives other than 6 prepped macro counted meals. 9 hours sleep and no social life other than occasionally going to the cinema as long as the film is no longer than 2 hours to get a meal in straight after so you don’t go catabolic.
