You lot are all forgetting this is a board for almost professional bodybuilders who have no lives other than 6 prepped macro counted meals. 9 hours sleep and no social life other than occasionally going to the cinema as long as the film is no longer than 2 hours to get a meal in straight after so you don’t go catabolic. Feeing great doing this ore workout I’m doing half a ml amino 1+2 each bi laterally in each muscle group trained with 1iu gh and 2 iu insulin each side... it’s fucking nuts... like you can instantly see yourself growing and it doesn’t go down like mental... loving getting back into training this is my morning routine too better than cardio anyway and fucks you the same.
