    Hi all, long time lurker first time poster!

    I'm looking for some help in regards to my cycle, got a few cycles under my belt

    Disclaimer.. Been on TRT since ive been 22 due to low T.

    1st 300mg Test E 12 weeks
    2nd 500 Test 50 Dbol 600 EQ
    3rd 450 Tren E 200 Mast E 150 Test E Anadrol 50 and 30 Dbol for 3 week kick start
    4th (first "cut") this cycle was awful.. 525 Tren A, 100 Test E 300 Mast E 50 Var 25 Winnie for 8 weeks 50 mcg T3

    the 4th cycle i went OTT and it was too much for me at this stage and i did not have nutrition and training on point and it showed in my sub par results. been on 200mg test since then for ther last 10 weeks and ive gained more and cut more fat at the same time than what i did on the cycle (i used tren to make up for my lack of training and nutrition) as i worked on my nutrition and training style, i now feel i am ready for my next cycle to finally get big yet lean.

    This is going to be one of my last bulkinh cycles for a while as i want to be a 10% lean 95-100kg guy and have a good level of cardio

    Bumped my test to 600mg 4 weeks ago and feeling great, ran 30mg superdrol as a kick starter and ive gained a lot of muscle and strength in the 4 weeks, i felt amazing but tired on it, hard to get out of bed, but i found 2 Vit C tabs sorted that out till later in the evening. howeever im looking to introduce tren back into the mix for a lean gain cycle (currently 14%, looking to end this long low dose cycle at 12% but be 90kg) btw im 5"9. im thinking 200mg-300mg for the nutrient partitioning effect? i dont get the agressive behaviour from Tren, its more it makes me happy and more chilled. I'm looking to finish this cycle with 100mg Var ED for the last 8 weeks.

    currently eating 225g Protein, 250g Carbs and 30g fats

    I'm looking to gain as much lean mass, please let me know if there is anything i need to change or clean up, current training is going well with great progression, should i add more tren, less tren? more test? i want to keep this as low as possible for doses. Also looking to improve CV health this cycle too even with Tren

    Basically im looking for a low-medium dose long cycle (20-28 weeks) Would 200mg tren be enough or should i add more? i want to get in a good shape and size whilst my health is in its peak (i get regular cholestreol, health and heart checks and im in peak shape as the hot nurse keeps telling (shes fine AF))

    Your calories strike me as very low for someone to gain mass.

    I was hoping to not gain fat and keep myself as lean as possible, what would you recommend?

    I find tren needs carbs and plenty of them.

    200mg tren will do the job, that’s all i did the last few times I ran tren and I’m a lot bigger than you. It’s a strong drug

    Add the tren at 200mg a week then it’s all down to diet and training

    Seem to be undereating for your goals though imo (If I’m reading right that your trying to get to 100kg. Your post is a bit all over the place)

    Wouldn't know without seeing your body composition.
    250 carbs to grow is very low for me. I'm eating around 4 x that. To me it sounds like you're scared to gain a little fat to make muscle gains. Dropping a bit of fat is easily done and doesn't take long.

    How many calories would you recommend? Those macros were from when SD crashed my appetite in the final week (my fitness pal)

    yeah I agree, the post is all over the place, kinda wanted to give as much info as I could


    Jezzab05- I find too much carbs on tren makes me shaky and weak and I just need to sleep, anything I should do different?

    Why not run dhb with deca to bulk

    I’ve never really tried Deca, but my body naturally holds water really quick. On test E along I bloat pretty quick even with E in range.

    it’s in my list to try however, I could switch NPP in once I have my calories sorted

    any idea on how to keep bloat away? I drink 4-5 litres a day, 25mg aromasin Tuesday and Friday (jab days) probably have 2 beers a week?

    apologies just saw the bit about DHB, I didn’t fair too well on EQ, it gave me bad anxiety and cystic acne, nothing else really gives me acne unless I crash me E

    Try a different ai for water retention

    Oh, right! What dosage should DHB be run for a mild long cycle?
    Ive used Adex and currently using Aromasin, Adex killed my sex drive and Aromasin just wants me to plough anything

    Are there any other things I should try?

    I'm running test dhb deca at the moment.
    Probably one of my most productive cycles for gaining mass.
    Yes my bf% has gone up. Nothing drastic.
    I am on 500 test 450 dhb 400 deca.

    Decent, will have to add it to the books once my source gets DHB back in stock, I’ve heard some real horror stories about the Pip however, is there any stock to this?

    got any tips for minimising fat gain on cycle except for eating as clean and close to your calories maintenance + what’s burned from cardio?

    Draw the dhb up with your test or whatever compound you're running to help reduce the pip.
    100mg/ml can give you a bee sting, 150 more so. So best to mix with other compounds either way

    Personally if I don't have carbs every few hours I get naggy. Also it seems to burn through them, so nice and full around training but seem to flatten out without them regularly. If I'm in a larger surplus by the end of the day I'll get night sweats but in a deficit I don't. You can 'get away' with alot more adverse dietary choices with tren but keep the food wholesome and in a surplus and you should grow like a weed and gain very little fat.
