guys throw some meal ideas at me.
Anything cleanish goes.
I've exhausted chilli, curry and fajitas
Beef stew (good for batches and cheap+veg)
Pulled chicken wraps
Lean beef cottage pie? (make a fuck off one and tub up)
How do I make pulled chicken mate?
Chicken... slow cooker... sauce of choice
Basically that mate.
Good thing is, you can change the sauce/seasoning to try and stop getting bored of it.
Have it with rice, mash, on wraps.. Anything really so pretty good.
As long as you got chicken, sauce/spices and some liquid can't go wrong really tailor to your taste
I've topped up my fridge with the new Thai chicken micro meals from Lidl. Awesome macros & I just have a 1scoop whey shake to make up protein
£1.59 a meal. 380-500cals depending what one you get. 30g+ protein

Outside that I make pulled chicken in batch for the rest of my meals

Some times I just make up a batch of shredded chicken in slow cooker with just some stock and seasoning... then use this chicken for everything then and add different sauces chilli sauce, fajita, mayo etc
I'll do 8-10 breasts at a time, so I like to make it 'plain' then add flavours to it
Gammon joint on slow cooker with pineapple juice... shred it up then add the pineapple chunks... love this on a bulk with rice

Exactly this is another way iv done it make the big batch of chicken in a neutral flavour and just add sauce or whatever you want that day.
Being pulled and shredded up itd easy to get down aswell
Plain with various Nando's sauces a good shout?
