Meatballs recipe by Oli Underground

    800g minced meat (beef / pork)
    1 pack meatballs spice mix
    1 tablespoon ketchup
    1 tablespoon mustard
    2 onions
    2 cloves of garlic
    100g beer
    2 slices of whole wheat toast or oatmeal
    1 shrub parsley
    150g feta cheese (Bulgarian or Greek)

    Supplement: chilli and spices of your choice

    We chop the onions, garlic and the parsley and add them together with the ground beef in a large bowl in which you can knead well. Now we give to the spices mixture, as well as mustard and ketchup. we crush the feta cheese and add the chunks also in the bowl. Now weigh out 100g of beer and soft briefly in the toast a. Now we give the beer and and crushed in the hand to toast. Now we knead the entire contents of the bowl through good and then shape the meatballs we either 30 minutes (15 / 15mins) leave in the oven or fry in a pan.

    My missus makes the best meatballs bar none, and I've never seen her use this
