    Anyone practice it? I actually got into it when lockdown starter ( head was all over the show, no money no work etc etc) remmeber it felt great! Im going to start again the anxiety thread actually reminded me used to feel so calm etc.

    I thought it was all bullshit but its good if done properly and regular, so going to pick it back up again i think

    He built his physique on meat, veg, amino acids and vitamins lol

    To be fair he's spoke about using drugs including weed. Doesn't go into details about his drug use but we know he was the "chemist". He insists it's because he was teacher but others say different things.

    All of them from that era talk utter shite, don't they? Like the claims all they used was 5mg a day of dbol and 100mg a week of primo.

    Meditation is literally amazing and has helped me so much, but It's so hard to stick with it like anything worth doing!

    I would advise headspace.com and if you want to go to the next level then wakingup.com

    I believe both let you have a free trial. Give it a try mate.

    I don't know if I could class it as meditation but I always try and take 1 hour near the end of day where I sit somewhere quiet in complete silence with no distractions, close my eyes, and clear my head of all the negative energy from things that happened that day and the thoughts I've been carrying at the forefront of my mind. My mental focus points are usually a big golden star, or a green cloud, or a sky blue flower, but any neutral static object would work.
