    Not arguing FT is a belter programme but it does make me laugh the way he plugs every thing he tries before he's even gave it a run to test it's effectiveness.

    Now now. He gained a lot of body fat no doubt. I'd be concerned your gear was working with your body and also question your coaches approach to your body type.

    I'm the end your leaner for sure overall so you have lost a decent amount of bf but you put a shit load on for no reason.

    Your legs have come on leaps and bounds. So what you n your coach should of taken from this is that horrendous training style you were using is a total waste n FT hopefully will be a gd move.

    TUT N volume works for your legs so don't stop this
