    Have you got any pain or discomfort on your right side? Shoulder, numb hands, sore elbow or headaches?

    I have a bit of tendinitis and a dodgy Grindy shoulder on my left side …why ?

    Everything is sitting differently on 1 side but it could be a bit of lighting and angles to. Had the same for years including what I thought was CTS that ended up being impingement and other issues. Few months of chiro work and acupuncture and everything was normal again.

    Hi guys
    Had a weird tummy bug this week
    Not been sick or had the shits but just every time I eat it just has been like sitting like a brick ..so with that Iv just felt awful
    Training - still trained but went in and did what ever . This is annoying and weird, like 3 weeks I trained legs with heavy hacks and then after we went or a walk to the park with the kids . I bumped my knee , can’t remember what on now think it was the table we had our maccies milkshakes on! It didn’t hurt at the time but it’s fucked my knee ! Like I can’t fully bend my right leg ..wtf !
    So trained hacks again yesterday still got upto 4 plates but had to stop at 8 Reps just cos I could tell my left leg was taking over .

    anyway feeling better today , foods going in a bit easier . Just come off nights and got work at my other job at 3 so I’m tired lol hopefully will get another good week next before we go away for the week after

    tbh I don’t miss how this games fucks with your head , I feel like I look like a pile of shit just after the week not going to plan and missing a few meals
    Obviously I’m 10 weeks back training so not looking my best anyway . I’m
    Working past the mirror now thinking .. ah fuck it’s all gone

    So after next week will drop the NPP , don’t see the point In taking it while I’m on holiday.
    The plan then is to push up the cycle for the last 4-5 weeks

    so now on still 150 test e 150 NPP every other day
    So gonna push it 200 for both every other day and 50mg anadrol pre

    Hey guys

    Not posted much as been on holiday.
    Last day today so back at it tomorrow.

    Holiday was actually really good considering we went with another couple and all stayed in the same caravan..8 people in one caravan … 4 of them kids …good fun !

    didn’t fuss to much about sticking to any sort of diet but ate the same thing every day untill the evening meal

    for brekki had oats whey and fruit
    Then just had 3 meal of tuna rice and olive oil (didn’t want to piss everyone off cooking all the time)

    anyway tomorrow gonna be starting new spilt , I can’t remember not doing a variation of ppl since I first started training 11 years ago.
    Other than doing a few stints of fortitude training .

    so going to do a proper bb style for awhile just each muscle group there own day .

    so I’m gonna try
    Chest/bi/side and rear delts pump
    Legs
    Rest
    Shoulders /tris/ (gonna add in on chest movement in this session cos my chest is weak)
    Back
    Rest
    Repeat
    Looking forward to it

    cycle will stay as 600 test 600npp
    Just gonna add in 50mg anadrol for last part of cycle
    Then will drop to 125test every 10 days in 4 weeks for 10-12 weeks

    diet pretty much the same
    All just chicken rice , oats,steak
    Worked out Marcos and it’s
    580 carbs
    120 fats
    385 protein
