Had a weird tummy bug this week
Not been sick or had the shits but just every time I eat it just has been like sitting like a brick ..so with that Iv just felt awful
Training - still trained but went in and did what ever . This is annoying and weird, like 3 weeks I trained legs with heavy hacks and then after we went or a walk to the park with the kids . I bumped my knee , can’t remember what on now think it was the table we had our maccies milkshakes on! It didn’t hurt at the time but it’s fucked my knee ! Like I can’t fully bend my right leg ..wtf !
So trained hacks again yesterday still got upto 4 plates but had to stop at 8 Reps just cos I could tell my left leg was taking over .
anyway feeling better today , foods going in a bit easier . Just come off nights and got work at my other job at 3 so I’m tired lol hopefully will get another good week next before we go away for the week after
tbh I don’t miss how this games fucks with your head , I feel like I look like a pile of shit just after the week not going to plan and missing a few meals

So after next week will drop the NPP , don’t see the point In taking it while I’m on holiday.
The plan then is to push up the cycle for the last 4-5 weeks
so now on still 150 test e 150 NPP every other day
So gonna push it 200 for both every other day and 50mg anadrol pre
