Am I wrong in calling someone out on fb?

A guy was moaning about not having any motivation to do assistance work every time he trained legs. And asked the group to help motivate him. (The group is a strength group)

All I did was say he should look into a team sport if he couldn't motivate himself...

    Wrong?

    Not helpful?

    Do I care?

Some people are just whiners and crybabies in everything they do, i wouldnt mince my words with this guy, id tell him hes a whiny little poof, and if he didnt take that onboard id potentially get physical with him

Nothing wrong with that Liam some people are just lazy and need to make a ton of excuses up to not train! To me they haven't got the heart for it if they keep asking for motivation !

One thing I have learn't is that you cannot get motivation like that.

I thought this a few times when I hired a coach, you need to be motivated to wanna follow, you cannot expect to get motivation from someone unless you have it in you already, you need to want it, only person I was truly motivated to follow was @Hilly until my test levels plummeted again and doms were over a week long lol

I've always found tren to be the best motivator...especially after a coughing fit that makes you wanna puke and sh1t yerself at the safe time...you're glad to be alive after that! ;)

I totally agree. However this is were good training partners or gd pt's are needed. For those that can't fully motivate n push themselves

LMAO I remember that, was nearly sick at every meal, best thing is within 2 weeks on that plan and all that rice was pushing 52.5kg dumbells for 8 reps.
