    Today's eating as a sample of the plan. Based on the fact I didn't get up until 1pm following night shift.
    Venison sausage
    3 scrambled eggs with spring onion and spinach
    1 scoop whey in water

    Protein shake 50gr

    Steak rib eye
    Cauli 200gr

    Last meal will be
    Tuna mayo
    2 boiled eggs
    Salad
    Greek yoghurt

    Keto on rest days and weird piss smells here we come

    Ok venison sausage omelette with hot sauce for late breakfast.
    Shin beef stew with squash and courgette cooking for later.

    Chest shoulders and triceps in a bit

    There's 3lb of beef in there. Shin and oxtail. Sadly I've made a stew and it's currently the hottest day of September ha ha.

    Ok chest shoulder tris done

    Rack bench press 2 x9/8
    Dumbell floor press 2x 11/12
    Incline bench 45degree 1 x8 then 1 drop set

    Lateral raises 3 x12+
    Upright rows 2x13

    Skull crusher 2x11/12
    Pushdowns 3x15
    Close grip push ups 1x20

    I've decided to keep training simple for a bit. Pick 2-3 exercises for a couple of work sets strict. No set exercise plan just do what grabs me on the day for a few weeks.

    Exercise of the day. Dumbell floor press, I saw flex Lewis do these so gave them a go. Brilliant for constant tension on the chest, brief pause with elbows on the floor then drive back. Felt great

    Inspiring song on iPod of the day. Jump around house of pain. Got me through the last bit

    Venison sausage. I buy them from the local farmers market. Great alternative. They don't lose any size when cooked which tells me there's nothing really added in them. The farmer who makes them just uses venison and a bit of salt and pepper.

    Calves seated 3x15

    Prowler pushes 10x40 yard sprints. Brutal finisher

    Small amount grated cheese
    Scoop whey

    Peri with 40gr carbs

    Chicken breast
    Cottage cheese

    3 eggs
    Shake with avocado

    Steak
    Salad with broc and feta cheese

    Loads of water, not bad

    Went on a shopping splurge earlier and have bought a load of white fish for post workout meal. I've never been a chicken fan
