Not good, hopefully abit of recomp maybe and the fact I moved the scales

Kcals going down and cardio going up
Couple cardarine this morning with 10,000 iu vit D & fish oil
Boom


Gone shit since then but getting there slowly
Around 92kg now or 94 can't remember which now :facepalm:

I do know I gained 0.8kg AFTER having a piss which was weird

10kg in 13? Weeks not too bad looking back could of done alot more but number wise sounds decent

Switching to
Monday Push maybe with LISS
Tuesday HIIT
Wednesday - pull maybe with LISS
Thursday - HIIT
Friday - Legs

Maybe some sort of activity on weekends bought a new road bike so Might take that for a few miles
