Weeks not too bad looking back could of done alot more but number wise sounds decent Switching to Monday Push maybe with LISS Tuesday HIIT Wednesday - pull maybe with LISS Thursday - HIIT Friday - Legs Maybe some sort of activity on weekends bought a new road bike so Might take that for a few miles
