Must Do's For High Doses

    Was thinking about doing a high doses cycle consisting of 500mg tren PW 800 test PW what are the things I need to keep in check and what nutrition and training adjustments do I need

    if you have to ask that you shouldn't even be using high doses to be fair.... sounds like you don't have a clue...

    if you do

    write out what your doing now
    and what you plan to do with the cycle in place

    then we can give feedback rather than spoon feed you...

    BP would be my main health concern.
    Training - push as hard & heavy & frequent as you can recovery from
    Ensure you are consuming adequate calories for growth.

    I will upload a few pictures when I'm ready, I'm a big fan of Sadiks transformation and he never stood on stage till 24 (my goal age)

    I did same cycle but higher tren.
    was a silly idea of seeing what 2g of gear would result in.
    Within 3 weeks or so my strength went fucking silly.
    Tore my supraspinatus and it fucked my entire training up for best part of a year.
    all in all it was a failed experiment.

    I don’t think there’s necessarily things you have to do on 2 gram a week other than make sure your on point with training, eating and resting otherwise what’s the point and making sure your having ample time off

    It’s gonna take its toll on you when your doing it no matter what. In reality there’s not much you can really do to make it “safe”

    Because it just isn’t

    I’ve done two gram a week before of test only and I didn’t get any more sides or health issues then I did on regular doses (500-1000mg a week)

    But if I’d have kept it up past 6-8 weeks I’d have probably been pushing my luck

    You’ve just not gotta be an idiot about it

    was going to add that to my post but didn't lol.
    my training I thought was good, my food was very good, thought I'd have a blast with gear ( much higher than I'd previously done ) and see what I could do.
    sleep at the time wasn't brilliant but as it only lasted a few weeks before I got injured the trensomnia didn't really take hold.
    was me being a fucking bellend and simply just doing too much in the gym.
    think I was using superdrol preworkout too.

    it went using a machine flye.
    I'd just pressed heavier dbs than I'd ever previously done, by a big jump and should of left it at that for the day chasing pbs, but instead loaded the flye up and felt the thing go as I was coming back up from the lowest point in the movement arms at full stretch kind of thing.

    literally managed 3 weeks before injured lol think I pinned another week then thought fuck it. Wasn't long enough to really notice any bad effects etc just strength went fcuking silly over night on this 3rd week.

    no issues, I just try and help . Yes I invented steroids - ROHM labs - have you heard of them...

    got some ROHM Anadarol...are they any good mate? ive been taking 20 a day for a month....let me know. LOL
