Finally it's over! As expected, i was not ready enough, having a plenty of fat and water, so i finished last of 4 competitors. BUT! I was a bit surprised watching a video replay, the outlook was better then i thought! Some info rmation: 1 My weight decreased from 98,3 kilos to 81,2 kilos (contest day weight)in two month, started dieting on 2nd January 2018. 2 My waist circumference went down from 95cm to 76,5cm(contest day) 3 Not sure about the BF % but i suggest, it was around 24% and went to 9-10% 4 Had a "not-bad" cheat meal right after the competition in mc'donalds including : 2 hamburgers, 2 chickenburgers, "Chicken curry", and "Big Tasty", along with two little portions of fried potato, and 1,5 big portions of choco milk shake. Wanna count how much ccals it was￼ ￼ 5 The lowest amount o; calories was 925 ccals a day, including 27 carbs, 25 fat, all the other from protein. 6 Used a concentrated lingonberry leaf bewerage, as a smooth diuretic. 7 Preps used : 940 test en EW, 310 tren en EW, 120clen ED, 75mg T3ED, 2 tabs ketotifen ED, arimidex 0,5mg EOD(1mg EOD, prior the contest) DMAA 140mg three final days, and some tabs for sleeping.
