Just bought me first whey last week the double choc. But I struggle with the stuff. I find it really sickly. Tried adding a banana and been having it with half pint of milk.
Any tips on getting it down ? Tends to repeat on me and kind of not enjoying it lol. I got 3kg of the stuff so going to have to crack on.Will get the plain next time

Yip the banana and the milk will be adding to the sicklyness so try it with just water and if still a problem do what is said in previous post.

Too expensive and important to waste mate .......just keep adding water until it is bearable.

ta folks and yep water is the way to go much better job. I don't have sugar so any thing sweet is not nice to me. But with water thats fine :)
I had one last week with whey, cottage cheese, milk and a banana felt sick as a pig after. Wonder why lol

I've added skim milk powder to some shakes mate, helps neutralise the unbearable sickly sweetness some powders can have!
even a bit of salt on some occasions has helped me when I've bought bulk powders that were just too sickly!

MyProtein unflavoured has been my choice for years and you will find no sweetness when taken with water.

I will use skimmed milk from time to time for xtra cals/pro/carbs and though makes it quite creamy, its not oversweet.

Reckon this would be more so with semi or full fat milk though.

Greek Yogurt as above is a good shout if your trying to cram xtra pro and to mask sweetness of sweetened whey or you should try blending it with water/skimmed and frozen berries.
