Need Adivce On Diet Please

hey guys, my current goal is too loose weight/fat and gain enough muscle in the way or hypertrophy. I am currently 110kg and 5ft 8. i go to the gym 5 days a week and do full body workouts. 2/3 exercises per muscle group. I am at an awful 28.5% body fat and want to get that down as much as possible. I am planning on going back to Brazilian jiu jitsu classes 2-3 times a week and the odd hiit or circuit class. Need to ideally build my cardio up alot better then it currently is to compete. I dont want to be mega big in terms of strength. just the show case muscles haha.

So my problem is... i am having 3-4 meals a day which is normally an oat protein shake for breakfast before my workout. then rice and a protein at 12. a protein shake between lunch and dinner then another meal at about 5-6 which. All in all it works out around 1400 or less calories a day. rarely any fat or sugar. im not sure if i get the output i should be as i always wear out before my gym partner.
 
Why are you on such low calories OP? No wonder you wear out faster than your training partner you’re eating like a sparrow and doing 5 full body workouts a week.

Was just trapped in the idea of loosing pounds on the scales but obviously i need to get out of that lol
 
you should be able to successfully diet down on much more calories than that mate, especially given the exercise you are doing.
Where did you get this number from ?
find an online calculator and you can get a better idea calorie and even macro wise to your needs.
I'd of thought without me doing any working out that you should be up nearer 2500kcal
you want a long term steady loss of 2 or 3lbs a week than 6lb a week for 3 weeks before you crash and fcuk it all off.

Must admit I had the same thought but they aren’t actually doing anything wrong other than being mostly a load of rubbish and are at least not dangerous or PED related. They’d more than likely start another account anyway.
