hey guys, my current goal is too loose weight/fat and gain enough muscle in the way or hypertrophy. I am currently 110kg and 5ft 8. i go to the gym 5 days a week and do full body workouts. 2/3 exercises per muscle group. I am at an awful 28.5% body fat and want to get that down as much as possible. I am planning on going back to Brazilian jiu jitsu classes 2-3 times a week and the odd hiit or circuit class. Need to ideally build my cardio up alot better then it currently is to compete. I dont want to be mega big in terms of strength. just the show case muscles haha.
So my problem is... i am having 3-4 meals a day which is normally an oat protein shake for breakfast before my workout. then rice and a protein at 12. a protein shake between lunch and dinner then another meal at about 5-6 which. All in all it works out around 1400 or less calories a day. rarely any fat or sugar. im not sure if i get the output i should be as i always wear out before my gym partner.
