Hello my name is Samantha, my Husband is Gareth. We have been doing weight lifting for a few years and are wanting to start a body building diet. Samantha- to cut a lot of weight and have been advised to do 2300 cal diet. Gareth- to build muscle mainly. Been advised 5000 cal diet. Was looking for advise on how to do this in ideally the cheapest and easiest way possible meal wise. So any ideas on the meal plans and sizes and how to break it up would be great.
