Need Advice Please. Body Building Diet.

    Hello my name is Samantha, my Husband is Gareth.
    We have been doing weight lifting for a few years and are wanting to start a body building diet.
    Samantha- to cut a lot of weight and have been advised to do 2300 cal diet.
    Gareth- to build muscle mainly. Been advised 5000 cal diet.
    Was looking for advise on how to do this in ideally the cheapest and easiest way possible meal wise. So any ideas on the meal plans and sizes and how to break it up would be great.

    What does gareth look like
    5k seems alot to eat unless hes Already fairly muscular

    Gareth has always been into strength training but never done a diet, he is 6'6, 310lbs . Very muscular build wants to get more muscle and probably trim up a bit.

    I have been doing strength training for a few years but am overweight, I am 5'6 and want to loose a lot of weight before going back to lifting heavy.
