Need Suggestions Regarding My Body.

    Hi all,
    I want you all to take a look at my pic. I have got big hips with lot of fat on them
    I am 6'2" and with my height my upper body looks very bad. Can you help me out on how should I start with exercises to make my mid and chest bigger. They look very bad on a tall body with wide hips.

    my chest and obliques are very weak

    Train 3 on 1 off or 6 on 1 off PPL

    Do cardio

    Eat a good diet high in protein

    Your very out of shape. U don’t need to overthink this

    Follow this man's advice, he'll turn you a mini Arnold, the Austrian OAK, just without the arms? Because he's a bit of a bumder when it comes to arms?
