New Bulk

    The last year has been bad with a lot of personal life stopping me from training and eating properly but now it’s over I can move on and commit to my training properly. My goal is to compete in 2021.

    I am not very happy with my bf level right now but I’m more unhappy with the size so I’ve decided I’ll bulk in a small surplus with a mini cut somewhere along the line and spend the next year putting on size.

    Been off completely now coming up to 3 months. Before that I was cruising since mayish.
    Below will be a photo from on my cruise and the other two are pics from yesterday how I’m currently looking.

    Gear:
    Nothing yet, haven’t decided what I want to do but thinking test/deca with dbol kickstart in the near future

    Diet:
    Will be eating in a 2-300 surplus which puts me around 3700 cals

    Supplements:
    I only use NAC, vitamin c and d atm

    Training:
    Will be following an upper lower split 4 days a week 2 sets on each body part

    sunburn unfortunately I don’t tan lol just go red as fuck...didn’t half have the piss taken out of me when I trained in a vest once :rofl:

    Training later today so will put the workout up when I’m done. Will also weigh myself aswell as I may have to up calories.
    Working 7 days a week Instead of 5 now and it’s manual work so I’ll have to adjust for that
    Does the job effect recovery do you think? Or as long as your putting enough calories away it’s okay? I get my bloods back this week and want to start a cycle but don’t want to be spinning my wheels

    Depends how physical it is i supose but as said if you take into acount the caleries you burn at work as part of yopur intake you should be fine just reduce them on non work days

    Did upper today felt good. Strength is going back up I think another 2 or 3 weeks and I’ll be back at where I was. Weights will go up next time on everything next time I do this workout which will be not next Monday but the one after as I rotate different sessions.

    db shoulder press (Reckon id have another rep or so if I dint waste as much energy getting them up on my own)

    hammer strength incline press
    70kg a side x 6
    55kg a side x 10

    pull ups
    Bw 3x6 with triple drop set on assisted machine last set to fail

    35kg a side x 13

    hammer curls
    45lbs x 10
    32lbs x 15

    cheers mate I’ll do that. That’s when I finally get a day off anyway lol. Your Avi looks really good! I can’t wait to get in a stage one day

    Obviously it depends how physical your job is, how hard you train, if you go past failure with rest pause and the like and how many times you train

    I suppose if your young then yea it might not effect you

    I’m 38, have a bastard physical job and I can only train day on day off as anymore than that and within 2 weeks I’m fucked

    And then injuries on top of that
