New Plans

I've been doing everything there without the cardio daily since the start of lockdown 2 and I've been gaining strength and size... I'm just a bit worried I might lose a good bit of muscle if I go to a more sedentary approach with half the calories
Thats not logical is it
For a start you don't need half the calories
A deficit is a deficit whether its from cardio or diet
In fact, its likely you will lose more muscle tissue if you do too much cv compared to creating a deficit through diet alone
That's obvious isn't it?

If I was sedentary I would have to go to maintance and take away the 1200 from exercise then another 500 to be in a decfict

OP reminds me of me when I was new to BBing. I know now I was overly enthusiastic. Wanting to train all the time etc.
For me 4 x a week which Dig drove hard into me was more than enough. Iirc I was 6 or 7 days a week for years before working with Dig.
Body changed dramatically getting over the fact you don't need to do something everyday.

I am new might have to take a page out of your book and see how things go. Resting makes me feel like I'm not reaching goals tho

You grow/recover when you rest and eat.
You break tissue down, become catabolic in the gym, is what got drummed into my brain. You don't want to be breaking tissue down daily.
Just my 2 cents, you'll do as you please.

Stupid question but can you go catabolic while on tren? Thanks for the advice I don't know much other than what Ive heard from famous bodybuilders on YouTube like John medows and Jeff nippard

@pooley1810 would probs be best to advise. My thoughts are if you're burning too much (output), not enough input (food), breaking tissue down in a gym then yes irrespective of hormones you can go catabolic.

The only thing I'm adding here is cardio but I'm open to opinions
OK, I get what you're saying now
If what you are doing now is working and you feel good then I would simply start by dropping 500cals from you're diet
I wouldn't add any more cv to an already high workload
Your starting cals are high so you have plenty of room to keep dropping when necessary
Unfortunately there is no right or wrong here as everybody responds differently to different methods
The only thing for certain is you need to be in a deficit to lose weight, how you do that depends on you
Be patient and dont overdo things from the start, the best diet is the one you can sustain

The simple answer is yes
But thats a very vague question with so many variable answers

Diet: 317p 529c 94f
Training: cardio in the morning followed by 7 mile walk then 6 day push pull upper lower split

I don't want to lose any muscle so calories are starting out high what do you think?

215lb m 23 15%ish
way too much IMO. upper /lower 4 days a week is more than enough.
would be better getting a push bike then doing 3 times a week hard 45-60 min cycling. get some hills in there. this is what i do. walking every day is too much wasted time.
