    I’m on sust which is kinda a wave like release with the 4 esters

    Just want to keep bloods stable with the Ed dosing

    Once a week and twice a week I had to much
    Up and downs

    I'm certainly not worrying.
    I think based on what you've said here is to get to the position you are after you need to drop your test dosage, and that appears to be your plan.

    I do however think you are getting over concerned about the details and somewhat missing the wood for the trees.
    Sus esters release time is going to become irrelevant with daily dosing. Your body doesn't naturally have a constant level it peaks and troughs and is also influenced by external factors diet, lifestyle, sleep, stress...
    But yeah, get yourself in the ranges you need to and if that feels good then you're set.

    Just a update

    I went to 10 mg a day now and been 3 days

    not seen a change yet

    I know early days

    but how long will I see a change on this dose

    gone from 15 mg a day to 10 mg

    2 to 3 weeks ?
    Will get bloods in 4 weeks to see where 10 mg a day puts me
