What about a body weight squat challenge??

As in squat your body weight on the bar.

So I'm
Around 96kg for as many reps as possible.

What about the 3 main lifts, so squat, bench and deads at your BW for reps?

Record all three and post in the thread?

No because I can't press or dead cos of my pec lol.

No that's not a bad idea but adds time n complication

Why not do one a month

I like this one as its a sign of standard strength but proper endurance. Only thing with squats is how low will they need to be? If like mine....a couple of inches:D....or ass to calves:)

yeah sounds good...

How about one arm dumbell press how many reps with a certain weight dumbell.

allowed to use momentum and leg drive etc
 
squat for reps at a certain weight, have a few diff weight classes? or for bench or DL
 
id be interested in doing the transformation competition.
 
Ill enter transformation comp.

Also think @Hillys squat comp idea is good ill do that as well
 
I'm in for the transformation thread. Could maybe run some shorter time frame ones as well

B/W squats AMRAP - 2 minutes (bar must remain on shoulders)
B/W bench press AMRAP - 2 minutes (can rack the bar during this time)
B/W dead lifts - AMRAP 2 minutes (bouncing allowed)

Run as singular comps for people unable to do all 3 then have a combined total comp for those that can. (But you have to choose one or the other)

brutal set of the month - Free for all. You enter the comp with anything you like and the video gets voted on. Heck could even be a brutal HIT training session. That way it's not just the guys who can press an insane amount of weights doing drop sets or suicides to win the comp.
