You need to take yourself out of your comfort zone or you’ll never get anywhere. You need a gym mate unless you have a very good home setup it just won’t cut it
That's a pleasant surprise. Assumed that coz Tier 3 they wouldn't be. Still, got home equipment. I'll stick with thatGyms are open in Lancashire
I've got everything I need to do the program I've got drawn out so, I'm gonna be sticking with that. Gyms just aren't something I can wrap my head aroundWhat have you got at home pal?
Unless you've spent 000's pretty likely the average gym has 10x more kit than you have. Maybe have a look at a few different gyms. You're there to train not make friends.

Got dumbbells, bench, treadmill, kettlebells. I'll invest in heavier plates for them as I go up. I wanna do floor exercises for legs mostly. As for shoulders and arms, gonna invest in a good barbell for bicep curls once I've made some progress. Atm aiming to tone down and then build up. But graduallySo long as your goal is to just lose weight and potentially tone up a bit, you'll be fine at home. Just don't expect to gain much in the way of size as that's where the investment into better gear or joining a gym comes into play.
Best thing to do, don't have unrealistic expectations of what you are going to achieve. Set your goals small, achieve them and set new ones. You may find as you become a bit more body confident as you lose weight, that a gym isn't quite so daunting after all.
Best of luck pal
Really need a rack, barbell and plates. Ideally 6x20kg + change, minimum. I'd sell the dumbbells and kettlebells to fund it if necessary.Got dumbbells, bench, treadmill, kettlebells. I wouldn't even consider home training with that when you can go a gym for 20 quid per month.
Why can't you get your head around going to a gym?
Seems an odd thing to say/think.
I am going to go out on a limb and judging by the curved computer monitor, they may likely struggle with social interaction. Completely fabricated mind and it could just be they're a tight ass with money!

fucking hell Colombo...
to OP
you can do a lot with the right mindset and not much kit but better kit and you'll progress better mate.
if you have funds and you have room its great
other option
join a gym
have a program to work to,
headphones in
hoody up
head down and get stuck in
somewhere along the way you might find a mate or 2 and enjoy the interaction with others.
even if its ' what you training today fat cunt'.. which is 90% of my gym interactions
