So been off gear for a year was blasting and cruising the year before that got my bloods back to normal with pct everything running as should. Have put a bit of excess fat on and lost some muscle mass but the frame is still there. I am aiming to get in the best shape of my life this next year I’m 35 quit drinking have the money and the mind set to really push it like never before but over think about the sides more these days so this is what I have come up with in my head to get my summer physique as I want it.
Have decided to run Hgh at 3iu ed to start off from first of Jan with t3 50mg. Will run for 6 months and possible tweak the dosage up to 6iu depending on how it makes me feel. I take cialis at 5mg daily for the nitric oxide benefit and the other benefit also.
1st of march im going to run 500mg of sustanon mon and then again thurs with 20mg of nolva daily as i do suffer gyno on cycle. I’ll run this for 2 months. Will also throw in 500iu of hcg on mon and thurs to keep testies from shrinking as they always do if I dont
After cycle finishes will run pct 50mg clomid and 40mg of nolva for one months and get bloods to tweak, carry on the hgh and possibly cut the t3 for a remaining two months and see what the results are after that.
I will be eating clean.
I’m 6ft3 and weight just under 15stone at the minute carrying about 17% body fat.
I only train light as have suffered so many injuries over the years but for some reason my body reacts really well to this now.
Let me know if this sounds like a good way to start the year or if I should throw something else into the mix. I do want to try and get very lean for summer but my job is also very demanding so I don’t think much cardio will be needed.
