New Years Resolutions..

    I've never done the whole new years goals in the past.. but this year I set myself a goal

    due to heavy training I presume.. my flexibility/mobility has gotten worse & worse over the years.. to the point its a real apparent issue! genuinely think i'm the worlds least flexible man lol. so this year my target is to become somewhat flexible.. ill eventually join some sort of yoga classes with the missus, but atm ill just be doing shit at home. 1 of my daughters is a gymnast.. so she'll be helping me out with some basic exercises tonight :lol:


    anyone else set any goals this year?

    One of the Fat lads at work (ex rugby) is going to his 1st yoga session tonight.

    Thought Pilates was best for stuff like that.

    Given up weed.
    Food shop more sensibly so i dont waste/ bin food passing its use by date.
    1-2 yoga classes a week.
    Some form of cardio 4-5 days a week.

    Sure i had a couple more but its very early in the morning here, half asleep, and im waiting on news off my brother about my dad who’s not well. Not super serious but i worry when im not there to make sure things are alright.

    put on some more mass but reduce the slight dad bod i've gotten from the holidays.
    do cardio a few times a week.
    start stretching.
    rehabilitate my shoulder.
