I am going to go to hypnosis to get over my "throwing up chicken" issue. I was asked to bring in a wrap or sandwich that I would consider buying daily and eating. When I am checking the usual stores, it seems like they put very little chicken in it e.g. Tesco, or the baguette/wrap has proper chicken but is an arm and leg to buy daily (like 4-5 pounds for a single sandwich) e.g. Pret. Is there a proper chicken wrap I can buy somewhere (I'm not making this at home to prevent food poisoning myself, which has previously happened) that is a decent price and high quality / good amount of chicken inside so I get my protein?
Buy all the ingredients and make it yourself, buying self made store bought shit is not the way to get over your phobia....if anything will prob make it worse
I tried and I didn't make it properly and ended up giving myself food poisoning. I really like a "curried chicken wrap" (didnt throw that up when it was given to me) so if you know how I can make this, would love to hear. Edit: I only have a small freezer in the half size fridge hence frozen chicken is a difficult one to store. Thanks man!
If you don't want to cook chicken you can buy cooked breasts from most super markets or full cooked chickens will be more expensive than cooking your own but cheaper than buying crap sandwiches
Buy a wrap. 6 for like a quid. Buy BBQ cooked chicken about 5 quid for 500g or thereabouts. Put the chicken in a wrap, roll up and eat. 1 wrap, 100g of chicken and maybe some lettuce and mayo is gonna cost less than 2 quid.
The question wasn't where to find it. I have checked these shops and their sandwiches have like 10g protein not 40g protein. That is why I was curious where I find something with a fair amount of chicken inside (and proper chicken not fake crap).
Best buying cooked chicken mate like bbq flavour or wa ever then just putting in wrap.. can control protien then
