used to do it pre workout with a can of ENERGY for the stims init. Only thing that beats it is the bacon double cheese burger XL and a can of monster. Pretty sure this took 6 years of my life expectancy. was defo worth the 3lb of muscle and 17lb fat I gained.
cook chicken so its white not red on the inside winner every time - chicken sushi doesn't exist for a reason :-) or if a complete spazmatron buy a whole chooked chicken from any supermarket and take the meat off put in wrap as Hilly said Waitrose or M+S would be the go to's for cooked stuff if you had to just for quality purposes. but learning to cook chicken so its actually cooked would be the key element here try it again if in doubt take pics of chicken once cooked, cut in half and we can let you know if its cooked or not
