I spoke to Simon about this a while ago, and was undecided, and I knew I'd not be consistent with it. However, I will post up some of my training sessions, as there seems to be an interest in what I do, as it differs greatly from most. I may end up posting more, but I'm not going to commit myself to putting up every session. I have a couple of injuries, an impingement in my left shoulder, which has stopped me from benching, and affected all pressing for the last 3yrs, and a labral tear in my right hip. These mean that my training is not as straight forward as it used to be, and on some things care needs to be taken, both injuries were caused by my stupidity and impatience, not my training style.
