just scrap the contents back in your shake mate, clearly wasting some quality protein there if you leave marmite stains in your pants

When I have 1-2 meals solid food, all others liquid, then I'm fine. But too much liquid makes me also look shitty and feel tired. For example today I had all solid and my stomach looks much 'thinner' than it does on days I am constantly drinking shakes. However I'm struggling to think of decent meals I can make and eat at my desk.
 
Choose meal.. blend.. add oil (recommend grape seed)

Work out your desired amount of meals and frequency (2hrs for me)

Pin desired amount of foodabol blend
 
Wraps.
Chilli.
Pasta.
Curry.
Bagels.
Cottage cheese.
Steak and potato.

You can eat anything at your desk if you cook it at home and put it in a fucking lunch box bruh.

Ye but this is all carbs mainly (well unless you add meat/chicken to the carb). I was looking for protein rich stuff.
