    142.5 x 6 sets of 6

    Did 3 sets of 6 and called it, back was feeling a bit off before I started so as soon as i felt off bailed it. I'm learning chaps

    100 + purples x 10

    Lighter off the floor heavier at lockout this way, easier on back but left it as It was easy and going heavier would of caused issue

    Seal row machine

    20 x 15
    30 x 10/8/6

    Slow reps with iso hold

    Various pulldown

    Ham curl

    Bicep curl

    Dog log but I'm sure if I carried on deads and injured myself I'd of been more unhappy

    Tried deads today again, in the past I had noticed when I deadlifted later in the day it felt much better.

    The last deadlift session on Sunday was again fairly early in the day and by Sunday I've done alot of sitting about and back stiffens up; I think that's part of the issue.

    So deads today on the eve, felt much better

    150 x 5 x 5 - very easy, not really working but back felt ok, feels about 90% so given I had to bail only Sunday, il take it.

    Did some cable rows and leg ext after and that was it as I was fucked and eaten basically nothing all day.
